And the Word was made
and dwelt among us
and was full of grace and truth
John 1:14

Opportunities for adults to deepen their faith is central to the health of our congregation. Every parish activity is an opportunity for meeting in person and spirit, but we have some special activities just for our adult members.

Adult Formation

Rector's Forum
Parishioners meet after coffee hour on the first Sunday of the month to explore specific themes and concepts central to the Christian faith. Materials are distributed in advance, with scripture passages, activities and reflection questions included. Participants gather to share their experiences and ideas, and all are welcome regardless of advanced preparation! Alternative gathering times are scheduled as needed.
Dessert and Stories

Parishioners spend an evening participating in discussions about the intersection of faith and personal experience. Conversations are usually led by a volunteer, and may center around life choices, vocational identity, or explorations of sacred and secular values. These evenings offer lively discussions and opportunities to know one another better through shared experiences.

Inquirers’ Class
For adults new to the Episcopal Church or for those wanting a refresher course, the Rector offers a class during the weeks leading up to our bi-annual Episcopal Visitation.
Seasonal Programs
Opportunities for Christian formation are scheduled periodically throughout the year.
